More than a coworking space, LAB 200 is an incubator to grow a business and connect with a community.

When Donna Layburn took a leap of faith to turn a vacant Ford dealership into the Alameda Marketplace, she turned down large chain operations and found local businesses focused on organic and sustainable food.

It worked. The marketplace is a community gem voted “Best One-Stop Shop for Foodies” by East Bay Express.
Now Donna and the team behind Castro Valley Marketplace are bringing together even more local businesses, and look forward to helping a new generation of entrepreneurs with the creation of LAB 200.
