VENUES

Three distinct spaces on the mezzanine level of Castro Valley Marketplace, Pop Out Kitchen (Spaces 203, 204 and 205) is the stage for classes like FARMcurious, where students make burrata and chèvre from scratch and pull their own fresh mozzarella cheese under the guidance of Nicole Farmer Easterday – an expert certified by the American Cheese Society (ACS).

Are you a cooking instructor in need of a classroom? A chef looking for pop-up dinner space? An event organizer looking for a fresh new venue for a team-building? Pop Out Kitchen can accommodate everything from an intimate seated dinner to groups of 49.

Steps away from the best ingredients, you have what you need to craft your event at Pop Out Kitchen, including access to a full-service bar, Oaktown Spice Shop and Amphora Nueva pantry ingredients and onsite dishwashing services.

Night Owl can even arrange to staff your event.

Pop Out Space 203 boasts a full kitchen with range, convection oven, and a prep kitchen (tucked neatly out of view).

Digital display over teaching table means technique demos are easily viewed by groups of up to 49.

Pop Out Kitchen shares Space 204 with Night Owl, Castro Valley Marketplace’s after-hours cocktail lounge.

A full-fledged restaurant kitchen and then some, Pop Out 204 is perfect for events with a cocktail focus, larger groups, or serious cooking.

Space 205 is Pop Out Kitchen’s most intimate event space, designed for groups up to 16.

Ideal for hands-on workshops, private dining and tasting experiences.
